Yes, I'm still alive, though I don't post pics anymore. Sooo many things to do and sooo little time! *sighs*
My thesis is taking every second of my working hours time, since it's my last year and I have to collect results - and start writing.
And when I'm not working, I'm doing my Red Cross stuff () which is what I really really love, among all hobbies.

Anyway.

I went with ~Jokulhaupar to the Asianim yesterday, an anime and manga convention in Belgium. It was better last year, but still a great time.
We didn't see the cosplay competition which was today, there were waaaay too many gothic lolitas for keeping our eyes un-hurt, but some cosplayers were fine and I ate a good daifuku (glutinous rice ball with sweet red bean paste in it) And now I know how to make my owns! Will try ASAP.

Oh, and our DDR try was... awful. We had the very basic level, and managed to look ridiculous after the hard-core players who went just before us

I'm invited to a wedding, and today I bought a dress: [link]
I'd like to know with colors can I use for the scarf (for when the weather gets cold in the evening). ~Jokulhaupar told me black is fine (see photo) and it goes with the black high-heeled shoes I'm planning to wear. But I find it... I dunno, sad? I'd prefer not to shock the bride with something reminding a funeral LOL

So tell me, what do you think about it? Is black fine? Should I find another scarf?
(I have two others, one is light blue and the other bright apple green, so I think it isn't better )



I just drank water with yeast. It's horrible. Normally I should have gulped the capsule down in one piece, but I hate those kinds of things, I can't swallow them properly. I'm scared they'll block my throat
Then it stayed for so long in my mouth it began to melt, and I put it in a glass of water to drink it. NEVER AGAIN
Still 4 to swallow this weekend

Holidays are here, folks!

On Friday I'm leaving for Montreal, Canada , then I'll join Québec for a scientific congress.
And then back to Montreal for a few free days before flying back to home

Right now I'm writing my "to do, to take" list. You know:
- 5 thin socks
- 5 thick socks
- 4 tops
- 3 t-shirts
and so on. I'm awfully far-sighted. It helps me calming down, seriously. But since I'm at work and I'm laughing without any obvious reason (try to keep your seriousness while writing "10 panties"), my colleagues keep glancing at me.

And I need to calm down A LOT. As I was telling to someone on DA, we have to be at the airport at least 3 hours before take-off. My dad, who's driving us to there, decided we'd be there 3 hours 15 minutes before. But there are problems on the road to the airport, delays, then we have to be seached just in case we'd hide guns or bombs *ironical* and all in one, we have a lot to do.
If it was for me, I'd be there 4 hours before just in case. You never know! But he doesn't want to hear about it.
As a result, I'm already freaking out right now and there are still 4 days left before we leave... Help me someone


Did I say I hate flights? Well I said it. 6-hours flight ahead. I'll die - or I'll bite.

I feel flattered
And I had a revelation: "Your picture you will always protect by a clear, visible yet discrete watermark".

Seriously, I don't mind that much being on PB. I mean, nobody could make money with that, right? There's a huge watermark on it. And obviously it makes my own advertisement since a fellow deviant used the link in the watermark to find my DA gallery. Nice, ne?

Note that I speak for myself: I'm okay with artists who don't want to see their art on PB. It's just that *I* don't care, and I don't consider it's art theft because of the watermark stating the obvious, aka the pic is mine.

Good news then for once
